Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at the Nepal Medical College Teaching Hospital (Kathmandu-University). Since 1999 there is a close cooperation with the Swiss partners. AJ is also Chairman of the DISHARC Skin hospital, and of COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATION SERVICES by TELECOMMUNICATION (C.H.E.S.T. Nepal)
Rishee Sapkota (RS)
RS is the Managing Director of DISHARC (Skin Hospital) and C.H.E.S.T.. He is experienced in implementation, execution, expanding and monitoring projects. He is responsible for handling the finances, the local organization and logistics of the project and will report to the Core teams of STRAPAL in Switzerland and Nepal respectivy.

Dr. Mahabir Pun (MP), Wireless Nepal-Project, Kathmandu
Dr. Pun received his training in informatics in Nebrasca /USA. Being back in Nepal he started a project in order to connect rural areas to the internet. In 2007 he was awarded with the prestigious Ramon-Magsaysay-Price for his ideas and his work.
Mr. Bhagirath Tiwari (BT), DISHARC/CHEST Skin Hospital, IT Consultant
BT works as IT-consultant at the DISHARC/CHEST. He has developed and implemented several computer programs for improving the administrative needs in the hospital and has been very cooperative in implementing e-learning programs in Nepal together with the Swiss Group
